6TH GRADE FALL FUN NIGHT
The HSA is happy to be able to offer an outdoor movie event on Friday, October 2. This event is a drop-off event and will be held outside on the side parking lot from 7 to 9 PM. There will be no pre-sales and the cost for the event is $5 which will be collected as the students walk up to to the movie location. The movie will start at approximately 7:15. There will be snacks for sale (all individually wrapped) as well as raffle tickets. Raffles will be called at 8:50 PM at the end of the movie before the event ends at 9 PM.

DROP OFF/PICK UP INFORMATION - Families will drop off students beginning at 6:45 PM using the front driveway of KV. KV staff will be out front to direct cars entering the driveway. Student pick up at the end of the event will also use the same front driveway and we will have students enter cars directly on the side of the building near where we will be showing the movie. If you plan to carpool, please make sure that your child knows who he/she is leaving with at the end of the event. Also, please be patient as this outdoor event and dismissal is new to us and we expect to be working with more than 200 cars in a very short amount of time. Officials from Horsham CHATS will be assisting us with traffic control.

To ensure the safety of our students, all students, staff and volunteers will be required to wear a mask at all times during the event. We will follow the district’s established COVID-19 protocols that will include reminding students to maintain proper physical distancing, hand-sanitizing locations and holding the event outdoors. Also, all school rules apply which include acting respectfully to all students and staff, wearing school appropriate attire and following the directions of school staff and KV HSA chaperones. Students may bring a beach chair or blanket to sit on during the movie.

Please consider volunteering for the event! All volunteers must have a HHSD volunteer badge. Volunteers will be rotated throughout the night but will sell tickets, snacks, raffles and general chaperoning. Please use the following link to sign up to volunteer - Fun Night Volunteer - Outdoor Movie
