6TH GRADE MOVIE NIGHT - APRIL 16 - 7TH GRADE MOVIE NIGHT APRIL 17
Our KV Home and School Association is happy to host a Fun Night - Outdoor Movie for 6th grade students at KV on Friday night April 16 and for 7th grade students at KV on Saturday night April 17 from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM! The movie night is for all students – in-person and virtual – and is a drop-off event that will be held outside on our side parking lot. There will be no pre-sales and the cost for the event is $5 which will be collected as the students walk up to the movie location. The movie will start at approximately 7:45 PM. There will be snacks for sale (all individually wrapped) as well as raffle tickets. Raffles will be called at 9:20 PM at the end of the movie before the event ends at 9:30 PM.

The movie title has not been selected yet for this movie. Please see the KVHSA Facebook page during spring break to vote on the movie options. The movie will be approximately 90mins long and will be rated PG.

To ensure the safety of our students, all students, staff and volunteers will be required to wear a mask at all times during the event. We will follow the district’s established COVID-19 protocols that will include reminding students to maintain proper physical distancing, hand-sanitizing locations and holding the event outdoors. Also, all school rules apply during the event (respectful behavior to students and staff, wearing school appropriate attire and following the directions of school staff and KVHSA chaperones). Students may bring a beach chair or blanket to sit on during the movie.

Please consider volunteering for the event! All volunteers must have a HHSD volunteer badge. Volunteers will be rotated throughout the night but will sell tickets, snacks, raffles and general chaperoning. Please use the link her to sign up to volunteer - SIGN UP GENIUS FOR VOLUNTEERS

We are looking forward to hosting this event! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Beth Anna Deacon - Bethannadeacon@yahoo.com
